The Challenge
The identity needed to strike a balance between professionalism and warmth. It had to reflect Strategy.Inc’s practical, human-centered philosophy while supporting a wide range of applications, from everyday communications to high-visibility campaigns like their Strategy Reinvented conference. Because they are a newer, still-growing company, the goal was to be perceived as trustworthy, and improve conversion where possible.
The Process
Early conversations and brand discovery showed that Strategy.Inc’s strength lies in making complex ideas feel clear, collaborative, and grounded. In a space often dominated by corporate or cold(er) competitors, the goal was to create an identity that felt structured yet approachable, confident without being cold. I designed a clean, grid-based system with flexible layouts. Clear typography brought structure, while a colorful but balanced palette added energy and warmth. Diagonal accents and framing elements introduced movement and adaptability, reflecting the brand’s forward-thinking nature. For the Strategy Reinvented campaign, I produced a suite of assets including social posts, web graphics, templates, and banners. Each piece extended and sometimes broke from the core identity with clarity and cohesion, helping build recognition and engagement across platforms.
The Result
The final identity gives Strategy.Inc a polished, confident presence that builds credibility without losing its human touch. It supports their everyday communications while helping improve engagement and conversion across campaigns. The Strategy Reinvented materials gave the brand a strong, unified voice across platforms, helping establish recognition and trust during a key growth moment.
