The Challenge
The site had to immediately communicate Slice Media’s unique value in a crowded digital content market. With no existing site to build from, we needed to define the structure, narrative, and interaction style from scratch. The primary challenge was building a web experience that matched the speed and punch of their product and social media presence while driving a single, clear action, getting business owners to book a call. The experience needed to convert, without sacrificing personality or performance.
The Process
Since there was no existing site, the process began with defining structure and goals from the ground up. I worked closely with the client to identify core user actions, with conversion as the main objective. From there, I used Figma to prototype multiple layout concepts that balanced energy with clarity and guided users toward action. Each section was designed to support a simple, fast-moving user journey. Scrollimation with GSAP, bold CTAs, and looping video to ensure the website was a natural extention of Slice Media's already existing social media presence. I used Hotjar and live user-testing to simulate user flow and fine-tune content hierarchy and CTA placement. Animations were custom-built to add engagement without affecting load times. I focused on responsive behavior across all screen sizes, optimizing for performance and clarity.
The Result
The new landing page delivered a strong, high-energy user experience that mirrored Slice Media’s brand. It captured attention quickly, guided users through a focused narrative, and improved conversions. Early analytics showed an increased amount of Calendly bookings with the owner.
